Saint Louis, MO (May 2, 2011) – Sanctuaria, voted as one of Saint Louis’ TOP 10 BEST NEW RESTAURANTS, has exciting news.  Congratulations are in order for their well known Mixology team – Matt Seiter and Joel Clark.

Matt Seiter is proud to announce that he will be joining forces with Feast Magazine this June to write a monthly column as their FEATURED MIXOLOGIST – what an honor!  Matt will share his extensive knowledge of cocktails, innovative tips and recipes and his “how to” instructions for all you at-home mixologists at heart.  Congratulations Matt!

Joel Clark headed West and came back “CERTIFIED” . . .  BarSmarts Certified that is.  BarSmarts Advanced is a by-invitation-only program and is the only comprehensive spirits, mixology and service education and certification program available today. It focuses on the most relevant spirits history and tasting techniques, and teaches the most current methodology for mixology, bar tools and service modules. The program is designed to take basic bar skills to an advanced level, and will provide anyone looking for the most innovative skills an opportunity to train with the award-winning Beverage Alcohol Resource team.  Sanctuaria is proud to boast that both of their Mixologists have successfully completed the BarSmarts Advanced program.
