Wil Pelly, Chef de Cuisine, is debuting the Winter Menu at Sanctuaria

Saint Louis, MO (November 1, 2012) – Sanctuaria, recently named the BEST PLACE FOR COCKTAILS by the Riverfront Times, BEST COCKTAIL MENU by Alive Magazine and winner of the 2012 OPEN TABLE DINERS CHOICE AWARD, is revamping their menu for the winter season that is upon us.  Wil Pelly, Chef de Cuisine for In Good Company, LLC, has utilized his Latin American roots by developing flavorful, Cuban inspired menu selections for the new seasonal items.  The winter menu will be making its debut today – featuring Carne y Maiz (grilled medallions of steak over hominy and chilies with crisp shallot rings), Pork Shank and Polenta (mini pork shanks over smoked paprika polenta with a red wine reduction), Yellowfin Tuna served over plantains and shallots and Black Bean Croquettes with Seasonal Farm Fresh Vegetables from Foundations Farms – a nice vegetarian addition to the menu.  And for those who are wondering . . .
