Chef Wil Pelly brings Small Plates 314 to Diablitos for a Mexican Street Food Revolution

Saint Louis, MO (April 10, 2012) – Wil Pelly, Chef de Cuisine at Diablitos Cantina, a Mexican street fare dining concept brought to you by In Good Company, LLC, is bringing Small Plates 314 to Diablitos for a pre-Cinco de Mayo “Mexican Street Food Revolution”. This interactive cooking demonstration will be held under the patio lights on April 30, 2012 and will include items ranging from fresh chips and a variety of salsas to guacamole and tacos featuring braised pork, fire grilled beef and roasted veggies. Happy Hour will begin at 6:30pm to kick off the fiesta, followed by the demonstration and class at 7:30pm. A portion of ticket proceeds will be donated the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of St. Louis.
