Oaxaca themed 4 course cocktail pairing dinner featuring El Buho Mezcal. With education on the history of Oaxaca, Mexico and the distinguished process of Mezcal distillation and production.
1 – Guacamole 3 ways: black bean and corn, fire roasted tomato, and Diablitos house guacamole with fresh made tortilla chips
2 – Garnachas Oaxacaquenas: Homemade mezcal tortilla, black bean puree, avocado, tomato, romaine and mezcal marinated steak
3 – Mole Oaxacaqueno: House made special chicken mole topped with sesame seeds
4 – Monte Alban Mojarra: Fried tilapia on a bed of romaine, tomato, cucumber and topped with monte alban salsa
