Healthcare marketing built by people who read the papers.
Most medical marketing is written by people who have never opened a study, for physicians who cannot afford to be misquoted. That gap is the whole reason Nectar Media Group exists. We are a St. Louis media company that publishes, distributes and ranks content for clinical brands, and we hold it to the standard the clinic would be held to.
The problem we were built against
A healthcare marketing agency will happily publish a page claiming a treatment is proven, cite a study that was retracted two years ago, and never know it happened. It will invent a compliance risk that does not exist because caution reads as expertise, and it will scrub the one blunt sentence that would have made a patient trust you. Meanwhile the things that genuinely move a medical practice — a structured data graph that survives validation, a citation record that matches across every directory, a page that loads before someone gives up — go untouched because they are not visible in a slide deck.
We built the opposite. Every claim on a page we publish is traced to a primary source before it ships. Every figure names the population behind it. Every schema graph is validated against the live URL, not the draft. It is slower. It is also the only version of this work that survives contact with a physician who actually knows the literature.
What we do
Earned media and press
Writing, distribution and the part nobody does: tracking where a release actually landed. Syndication reports flatter everyone. We check the pickups by hand, record the ones that are real, and cite them from the site they promote.
Search and AI visibility
Structured data that validates, entity graphs that agree with each other across properties, and content built to be quoted by an answer engine rather than merely indexed by a crawler. Keyword research is the beginning of the job, not the deliverable.
Websites
WordPress builds on native blocks, so the people who own the site can edit it without calling us. Contrast measured against every surface, heading order intact, real alternative text on every image. Accessibility is a legal floor in this sector, not a finishing touch.
Video
Scripts written to be spoken, produced to a fixed house look, captioned accurately and published with thumbnails that were actually looked at. Every figure spoken on camera is checked against its source first, because a video is the hardest thing to correct after the fact.
Local presence
Google Business Profiles, citation cleanup and the address hygiene that decides whether a practice appears in the local pack at all. One wrong suite number in a directory is worth more damage than a month of content.
Clinical content
Condition pages, article programs and FAQs for regulated categories, sourced to primary literature and checked for retractions before publication. Written so a specialist would sign their name to it.
We run this on ourselves first
Nectar Media Group operates the media, search and press function for a group of St. Louis healthcare brands. That portfolio is not a case-study page written after the fact. It is live, it is measured weekly, and every method we would apply to your practice is already running against ours, where a mistake costs us directly.

How we work
We are direct, and clients tell us the first meeting is uncomfortable. That is usually the meeting where we explain that the page ranking for your name is not the page bringing you patients, or that the agency before us built a citation profile that is actively working against you. You are not going to enjoy every conversation. You are going to like where it ends up.
Three commitments, and they are the ones we get held to:
- No purchased links, ever. Not from us, not through a vendor we subcontract. A medical domain that takes a penalty does not recover on the timeline your practice runs on.
- No review gating. We will not build a flow that surveys satisfaction first and routes only the happy patients to Google. It violates Google’s policies and the FTC’s rule on reviews, and the penalty lands on your listing, not on our invoice.
- No invented risk. If we tell you something is a compliance problem, we will show you the rule. Manufactured caution is how agencies justify doing less work for the same money.
Tell us what is not working
Send a note describing the practice and the problem. You will get a reply from someone who has read your site first.
