What to put in the message
- The practice name and its website address.
- What you think the problem is. You may be right; it is still useful to know where you are looking.
- What has already been tried, and by whom. Previous work leaves marks we need to find before we quote anything.
- Whether anyone currently has access to your website, Google Business Profile or Search Console. This is the single most common thing a practice cannot answer, and it usually matters more than the brief.

Email is not a secure channel and this is not a clinical inbox. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, record numbers or any detail about someone’s care. If you need to discuss a specific case, say so and we will arrange an appropriate channel. If you are a patient trying to reach a clinic, contact the clinic directly — we are their media company, not their office.
