Nectar Media Group is a healthcare media and marketing company in St. Louis, Missouri. It is a registered Missouri trade name owned by In Good Company LLC.
Why a physician started a media company
Because the work kept coming back wrong. Agencies produced pages that read well and said things the literature does not support. They wrote around the blunt parts, which are the parts patients believe. They cited studies nobody had checked. And when the technical work was audited, the things that quietly decide whether a practice is found at all — structured data, citation consistency, page speed, an address that matches across every registry — had never been touched.
Nectar Media Group was formed to do that work to a clinical standard instead. It publishes and distributes for a group of St. Louis healthcare brands, and it is the entity behind their newsroom byline. Everything it offers to a client is already in production against its own properties, where an error is not billable, it is just expensive.
Leadership
Dr. Gurpreet Singh Padda, MD, MBA, MHP is an interventional pain physician, addiction medicine specialist and obesity medicine diplomate in St. Louis, and the owner of In Good Company LLC. He is a former Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Pediatrics and a former deputy director of a university institutional review board. He is also the reason the editorial standard on this site is what it is: the content produced here is content he has to be willing to put his own name on.
What we will not do
These are refusals, not preferences, and they are the same for every client.
- We do not buy links. The recovery timeline for a penalized medical domain is longer than most practices can absorb.
- We do not gate reviews. Surveying satisfaction and sending only the pleased patients to Google violates Google’s policies and the Federal Trade Commission’s rule on consumer reviews. Every patient gets the identical link.
- We do not put protected health information in public copy. No confirmation that a named person is a patient, in a review reply, a testimonial or a case study.
- We do not invent compliance risk. If we say a rule blocks something, we cite the rule.
- We do not market to opioid-seeking intent. Not for a pain practice, not for anyone.
